Our
Initatives
You are More was founded on the awareness that movement-based programs are not offered to sexual violence survivors.
Movement plays a vital role in our approach, allowing participants to reconnect with their bodies, process trauma, and reclaim autonomy over their own lives. By focusing on movement, we address the psychological and emotional aspects of trauma, encouraging survivors to regain a sense of control, reduce anxiety, and enhance emotional resilience.
Our goal is to integrate movement into mental health support, providing a safe space for survivors to reconnect with their bodies and minds.
Threads of Strength
For every sweatsuit purchased, one clothing item (crewneck or sweatpants) will be donated to a survivor receiving a sexual assault kit in the hospital, and for every crewneck, hoodie or sweatpants purchased individually, underwear and community resources will be donated to the sexual assault kit

Holistic Therapies Fund
It is a fund provided through the You are More Project where survivors can apply for subsidized or free services for their healing journey. The survivor will have access to a list of vetted practitioners that have applied to be a part of the initiative.
