Community Connection

Start your festival day feeling seen, supported, and connected.

Community Connection happens from 830am-930am where you can come get some coffee, shop the merchandise early and set up for your day prior to the event kicking off at 9:30am. The You are More Project team and Board of Directors will be there to visit and connect.

What to Expect:

  • This is your space to slow down, sip something warm (or iced), and connect in meaningful ways. No pressure, no performance, just presence.

Come as you are.

Register for your sessions

A variety of local gyms and studios will be leading movement sessions throughout the Festival.

All studios will offer classes during each of the three session times: Session 1 (10:00-10:30), Session 2 (10:45–11:15), Session 3 (11:30–12pm), and Group Yin Yoga (12:15-12:45pm)

You can register for your sessions when purchasing your ticket or sign up at the Festival. Space is limited, registration is first-come, first-served, and all classes have maximum capacities. Skip the line and secure your spot by registering early!
