Darren will play crystal singing bowls to transport you into a deep state of relaxation. This admission is to enjoy the sound bath in support of the You are More Projects’ Holistic Therapies Fund. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket and anything else you may need for your comfort.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the sound bath.
